At Wagyuwala, we take pride in delivering premium halal Wagyu straight to your door safely, quickly, and in perfect condition.

This page explains everything you need to know about how your order is packed, shipped, and delivered.

How Your Wagyu Is Packaged

Every order is prepared with care to preserve freshness and quality:

  • All meat is freshly cut, vacuum-sealed, and flash-frozen to lock in flavor and texture.
  • Orders are packed in insulated shipping boxes with dry ice and frozen gel packs.
  • Your steaks will arrive frozen or partially frozen, ready to be stored or prepared.

Flash freezing ensures your Wagyu arrives just as delicious as the day it was cut.

Where We Ship

  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states.
  • Some remote areas in Alaska may have restrictions due to dry ice shipping regulations.
  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping, including to Canada.

Shipping Requirements

To ensure successful delivery, please note:

  • A physical street address is required. We cannot ship to PO boxes or lockers.
  • Please double-check your address before placing an order.
  • Wagyuwala is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Helpful Delivery Tips

To help your order arrive smoothly:

  • We recommend shipping to a residential address whenever possible.
  • Business addresses are accepted, but deliveries are not made on weekends.
  • If you live in a gated community, please include your gate code in the address line.

Shipping Methods

We use fast, temperature-controlled shipping to protect your order:

  • Shipping Days: Orders ship on weekdays only to avoid weekend transit delays.
  • Options Available:
  • Overnight Shipping
  • 2-Day Shipping
  • All orders ship from our facility in Southern California.
  • Each package is carefully prepared with insulated materials, dry ice, and gel packs to maintain proper temperature from our door to yours.

Shipping Schedule

To ensure every order receives the care and attention it deserves, we currently ship once per week on Mondays only.

  • All orders placed Monday through Sunday will ship the following Monday.

This schedule helps keep your Wagyu frozen, fresh, and moving efficiently without the risk of weekend transit delays.

Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and chosen delivery speed.

Regional Pricing Overview:

  • Blue Zone: $25 (2-Day) / $45 (Overnight)
  • Green Zone: $35 (2-Day) / $55 (Overnight)
  • Purple Zone: $45 (2-Day) / $65 (Overnight)
  • Orange Zone: $55 (2-Day) / $75 (Overnight)
  • Teal Zone: $65 (2-Day) / $85 (Overnight)
  • Pink Zone: $75 (2-Day) / $95 (Overnight)
  • These rates ensure your order arrives quickly and in optimal condition, no matter where you are in the U.S.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with:

  • Tracking information
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Carrier details

You’ll be able to follow your package every step of the way.

Dry Ice Safety & Disposal

Your order may include dry ice to keep your Wagyu properly frozen during transit.

For safe handling:

  • Open packages with caution, as small amounts of dry ice may remain.
  • Allow dry ice to fully evaporate (sublimate) in a well-ventilated area such as outside or in a garage.
  • Do not dispose of dry ice in sinks, drains, or trash bins.
